Procedure for website calendar event or workshop  submittals  

Any member submitting an event for inclusion on the Area website, needs to fill out the Event Submission form.

The appropriate link on that form would be selected according to the type of event or workshop (what committee it is for).  That link will open a form used to input information about the event, and then forward it to the Webmaster (or appropriate Committee Chair).

Any flyers for the website should be sent directly to the webmaster - but neither the event itself, or any flyers will be posted until an event is confirmed by the committee chair.
(Please note: Area website policies require that NO personal phone numbers or e-mail addresses be displayed on the website - so DISTRICT e-mail addresses must be used on any flyers submitted, or they will not be posted - unless they can be fixed easily by the webmaster.)
